I am passionate about helping you grow and make an impact.
About me
I’m a learning experience designer, motivator, and relationship strategist with over 15 years of experience developing programs across the arts, business, and higher education internationally.
My education and work have taken me from Malaysia and Melbourne to Paris, Stockholm, New York, Singapore, and London — founding a gallery, leading a social enterprise, serving on advisory boards, and creating partnerships across education, culture, and enterprise. Across every role and location, one thing has remained constant: helping people navigate change with clarity, confidence, and the right support around them.
A Global Educational Perspective
I’ve moved through four different education systems — British middle school, Australian senior school and university (BA Hons Anthropology and Visual Culture, Monash University), French studies at La Sorbonne, and American graduate school (MA Visual Arts Administration, NYU Steinhardt).
This experience gives me a deep understanding of how different systems work, what they value, and how individuals can position themselves across international and institutional contexts — particularly during moments of transition.
Why I Understand Transitions
My career hasn’t followed a straight line. I’ve made significant pivots — from gallery founder to digital CEO, from cultural programming to leadership development — alongside navigating divorce, single parenting, and entrepreneurship.
These experiences taught me that strategic thinking, time management, and strong relationships aren’t luxuries. They’re survival skills — and when used well, they become superpowers. I understand both the emotional courage it takes to change direction and the practical strategy needed to do it successfully.
The Heart of My Work: Connection
For a long time, I described my work as mentoring, education guidance, and career support — because that’s often how it begins.
Over time, something else became clear: much of my work lives in bringing the right people together.
I’ve connected individuals who later collaborated, introduced people whose ideas became projects, and helped initiatives grow simply because the right people met at the right time. Whether supporting women building businesses, young women navigating education and career pivots, or working across education and the creative industries, connection has always been at the heart of what I do.
Today, I’ve gathered this work — mentoring, guidance, partnerships, and intentional connection — into one place.
Now
I’m currently based in London, where I lead SW London Women, a social enterprise recognised as a 2025 StartUp Awards finalist. Through this work, we connect, mentor, and inspire women while advocating for youth mental health and arts and health initiatives.
I also continue to serve on NYU Steinhardt’s Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board, contributing to conversations about education, leadership, and impact.
If you’re in a moment of change, growth, or quiet re-thinking — or if you’re looking to build something with the right people — I’d love to connect..
